A scenic 15 minute drive from the vibrant hub of Pacific Palms ,enjoying good cafes ,restaurants and shopping .Swim and walk the pristine Seal Rocks beaches,also only 15 mins .Bungwahl Store is only 5 Mins away for essentials , barista coffee, a cold ice-cream,petrol and liquor.Only 20 mins to great local golf courses -SandBar and Bulahdelah. A gentle slope to the waters edge swimming, kayaking (2 kayaks/2 SUP Boards included) all at your back door. Enjoy the most amazing sunsets on either of the two large timber decks. One on the main level or simply walk down external stairs to a large undercover deck. The perfect location for couples to escape the grind, unwind, relax & enjoy the serenity that The Lake House has to offer.

Welcome to Lakes Breeze, a picturesque home nestled directly on Lake Tuggerah. Getaway from busy days, you will free yourself and have lots of fun inside and out in this family friendly lake house. Make yourself a morning espresso in front of bright windows, have a nice afternoon tea under the large gazebo and soak in picture-postcard sunset glow around firepit. Go fishing or exploring wild pelicans and black swans by kayaks or play pingpong/air hockey in the garage, it’s all by your choice.

Absolute waterfront 3 bedroom cute family cottage!

Sleep literally 5 meters from the clear deepwater frontage great for fishing and swimming. Snorkel for a look at fish and old sandstone ballast from coal ships while eating oysters from rocks at low tide. Watch the sharp shells. (Water shoes, personal life vest, and flippers advised.) Walk the nature reserve and spot the swooping Owls. No fences so please bring extra-long dog leads. Use the kayaks and standup paddleboards while wondering if there is life on Mars! (Jetty is not our property.)

'The Boathouse' Waterfront Studio, Swansea Heads.

2 PEOPLE MAXIMUM NO CHILDREN NO PETS NO COOKING INSIDE The Guesthouse is located on Salts Bay at Swansea Heads. Although it is on our property, it is completely separate to our house, with a private, waterfront entrance. Access is through our front gate, down a sloping path and a flight of stairs. Unfortunately is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Street parking is available. Free use of kayaks. You can swim directly in front of the studio, or from the sandy beach 100m away.
