Country BNB and Spa

BnB by scenic Delaware river, Historic canal & towpath- EXTRA's you must RESERVE in advance: badminton, volleyball, Hot tub , Kayaks, Tubes, reserve picnic baskets custom-made, with deposit. Walking path along the river 60mi. 1hr. 15 to New York city, 35min Pocono skiing lodges/outlets. Breakfast must be ordered at time of your confirmation. otherwise there is a coffee/tea bar only. Pricing is calculated / 2 person per room Organic Day Spa services call Pronto after confirmation.

Porches room #1

Beautiful room with a Queen size bed on the 1st Floor of a Bed & Breakfast located in the heart of New Hope. Private bathroom with tub/shower. This room has a private access that will take you from your room out to the canal. Includes all amenities including a Keurig, T.V., shampoo and all other bathroom needs. Breakfast is available for an additional $20. There are big wrap around Porches that are just steps away from your room. A great place to sit along the canal and people watch.

Aaron Burr House- Room 2

Room 2 The Madison Room, is cozy yet perfect for one-two people. Located on the first floor of the Inn you will have easy access to the shared outdoor living space and coffee bar. One flight of stairs up bring you to the second floor where the dinning room and living room are located. On request breakfast can be purchased for $20 per person. Daily Housekeeping is not included with an Air B&B reservation. This and all rooms have private bathrooms

Aaron Burr House- Room 5

Room 5, also known as the Federalist room, is the perfect combination of cozy and spacious. Great for one-two people, this room is tucked away and private but is also steps away from the shared living spaces. Down the hallway is the living room and dinning room where breakfast can be served for an additional fee of $20 /person. Daily housekeeping is not included with an AirBandB booking.Private bathroom

Porches room #2

Room 7, also know as the Theodosia Suite, is 2 bedroom suite on the lower level with plenty of windows. The main room has 2 queen beds, a sofa, and a large screen tv. There is a separate room with a twin bed. The suite has a lovely bathroom with a walk in shower. Breakfast is available upon earlier request, with fee of $20/person.
