Citrus Cottage is a spacious stand-alone guest house in the heart of Old Towne Orange. It’s a great place for parents of Chapman students to stay while visiting their kids. Walk down Main Street a few short blocks with dozens of restaurants, bars, shopping and other great attractions & you will be at PCH. Studio Cottage

This is a small Studio cottage at the rear of my home. It's craftsmanesk in style with a partially open ceiling and a skylight. It's perfect for a couple or single person. There is a swimming pool but it's not heated, fine for swimming June to Oct depending on the weather, unless you are a polar bear. It's a 5 min walk to the MetroGold Line and a 10 min walk to new restaurants on Figueroa St. I have a fairly extensive cactus / succulent garden.

Relaxing Cottage - minutes from the beach

The beach cottage is conveniently located in the heart of Orange County, 5 minutes away from John Wayne Airport and South Coast Plaza (largest shopping center on the West Coast), and about 15 minutes from Newport, Huntington and Laguna Beach. But if you’re planning on visiting Disneyland, you can expect a 20-30 minute drive, depending on traffic.
