We have Spectrum Cable, WiFi, Bluetooth Soundbar, heat and AC in each room, 1 parking spot and free street parking. *Note: during Winter months, the city builds a sand berm front of homes. It has private entrance with front door and back door ( little backyard , open space, share walk way in the back with neighbor). It is a small studio, remodel as our best, total appr 280 sqft .
