Beautiful and spacious 3 bedroom

Beautifully decorated and spacious home in a charming, Alexandria neighborhood near the King Street metro and the shops and restaurants of Old Town. Just a 16 minute drive to downtown Washington DC, with a chef's kitchen and a relaxing great room. The house is also just a 10 minute drive to the new MGM Casino or the Gaylord Resort and Convention Center at National Harbor. The "no parties in house" rule is strictly followed. If you want to have a party or an event, this is not the place for you.

The Guest Suite

Open floor plan studio with parking & easy access to Old Town Alexandria, Nat’l Harbor, and DC via public transit, or with your own car. Located in a quiet neighborhood, the suite house has its own outdoor deck with a private seating & dining area. Inside is just over 500 sqft and has a large couch, twin and queen size beds, kitchenette, full bath with tub and desk and chair for remote workers. Additional inflatable twin mattress available by request. Well behaved and house trained pets welcome.

Spacious lower level studio apartment with private entrance and complimentary off-street parking. Centrally located in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood a 5-minute walk to the Huntington metro. Location. Location. Location. Immerse yourself in all that historic Old Town Alexandria Virginia has to offer. This beautifully furnished town home is wonderfully located on a quiet, picturesque, tree lined street. Take a short walk through the city's storied neighborhoods to its great restaurants, music venues and historic sites. Take the free Old Town Trolley to the King Street Metro and then on to Washington DC or a short Uber ride to National Harbor and it bustling convention centers.
