Strand samt havnebad indenfor en kilometer. Cirka 500 meter til Fisketorvet, som byder på gode indkøbsmuligheder. 3 timers parkering ved ejendommen fra kl 08.00 - 19.00 med fri parkering i weekender. Parkeringshus med betalingsparkering indenfor 200 meter. Stort soveværelse med dobbeltseng. Møbleret altan med vandudsigt.

Dobbeltseng i soveværelse, dobbelt sovesofa i stue, enkeltseng bag spiseplads. Der går bus ca et par hundrede meter fra, det tager 8 min til Greve togstation.
