We are blessed with no light pollution and the night skies are amazing and we enjoy an abundance of wildlife with curlews , hedgehogs , bats to name but a few.

World-class mountain biking and stunning walks right on our doorstep! Polite notice: location is adjacent to a dairy farm and the A49 which may affect light sleepers.

Balloon View

The Balloon Loft is set on the Welsh Border with stunning views of the Shropshire hills. The map shows the accommodation to be in Montgomery but it is about two miles from Bishops Castle. The Long Mynd, The Stiperstones and Offas Dyke path are all within 20 minutes drive of the loft and all offer wonderful views of Shropshire & Powys - perfect for a walking holiday. The accommodation is very rural but easily accessible and apart from the sheep or cattle the area is quiet and peaceful.

Enchmarsh Farm barn

Small barn in the midst of a working Dairy and sheep farm right next to our home with fabulous walks all around. Double bed with small shower room and mini kitchen area in the corner of the room. Ideal as walking base or base when working in the area. Good parking just outside the barn - vehicles can be left whilst you walk the glorious hills around. Cooked breakfast available in the dining room in the farmhouse for £10 per person - includes the choice of sausage, bacon, eggs etc.
