Our tour is ideal for everyone who wants to get to know Madrid in a short time but in a relaxed way. Conducted in English. Private tours in English, Dutch, Spanish, French if available and Portuguese if available. In about 3 hours and 11 km biking, you will more or less see and hear everything of the old center while riding a very comfortable bicycle. The “must see” places as well as the hidden corners away from the typical touristic paths. We will ride mainly on cycling paths, pedestrian zones and parks. Of course there will be various stops to take pictures. When we stop, we will tell you about the stories behind what you see and tell our personal experiences of our time in Madrid. After the tour you have an idea which places you want to visit in your own time and in which restaurants and tapas bars you want to have your meal. You are inspired for the rest of your time in Madrid. We have children seats for 0-20 kg. Ask for availability. The total tour is about 3 hours. This tour requires experience with biking in the city. Starting in the iconic and central Puerta del Sol, we will start exploring Barrio de las Letras, an important local neighbourhood of Madrid, nowadays, a chic bohemian area. You will discover this charming neighbourhood's historical spots on your way towards the Prado Museum. Once we arrive at the Museum, we will skip the queue, entering directly. Before starting the tour inside the Museum, I will give you a short briefing of what we will discover together. I will show you the masterpieces that everyone should see when visiting the Prado Museum, but my main focus is to connect the history & development of Spain with the art collection. Discovering the historical periods of my country inside each painting, understanding the meaning and the importance of the topic in history: From the Flemish painters that inspired the Hamburg family to spread their empire to the life in Madrid during the XVIII century admiring Goya’s paintings. The Museum collection includes Love, Mythology and mysterious legends that would be fun to share with you. After the visit, you can stay in the Museum as long as you wish! Esta experiencia esta pensada para aquellos que quieran pasar un rato agradable en un autentico taller de Cuero Artesano Español. A los asistentes les enseñare algunas de las herramientas que se usan para trabajar el cuero, muchas de las cuales son las mismas que se usaban en épocas medievales, y también la variedad de pieles que existen. Cada participante tendrá la oportunidad de realizar con sus propias manos una pieza artesanal usando cuero Español de primera calidad. Se podrá elegir entre varias piezas, todas ellas sencillas de realizar, pero con un diseño bonito y original; Un lindo bolso de mano, un cinturón a medida, una cartera, dos diferentes monederos o pulseras trenzadas. Comunicándolo previamente al profesor esta la opción de realizar una pieza distintas a estas, que diseñaremos en el acto.... quizás algo que siempre se quiso hacer, un bolso, una riñonera, una funda de móvil.... Cada pieza sera única ya que cada participante podrá decorar su trabajo a su gusto, usando una técnica llamada Repujado, de amplia tradición en España, que introdujeron los Árabes hace cientos de años. Cada uno podrá hasta plasmar sus iniciales sobre su obra!! No seremos muchos en el taller para que tengamos la oportunidad de conocernos y no andar con prisas. Hablo Ingles perfectamente así que daré las explicaciones tanto en Español como en Ingles. Otros aspectos destacables Al principio de la experiencia habrá que cortar las piezas de cuero con una herramienta cortante afilada. We’re having a special feature, today, Monday the 15th, from 17h00 to 19h00. LisboaLove Fado is the ultimate event to live and feel Portuguese Lisboa's traditional genre. Starting at 5PM on Friday’s and Tuesday's. I'll share some of our traditions and culture and a brief introduction to the history of Fado, to set the mood for our evening. The LisboaLove Fado takes place on an exclusive venue: my apartment! Please notice that pictures include also previous venues. It's a personal full experience only for the guests who book it, not joining a Fado Restaurant with others. For context I'll summarize the history of Fado. This will be followed by a 40-minute tribute performance to Amalia Rodrigues, Portugal’s most famous and well-loved Fado singer. I will add some commentary during the concert to resume the lyrics being performed. Since it is afternoon you may have walked a lot in our hilly city already, so we'll serve a snack of traditional petiscos. There's no Fado without some wine and olives too. But don't worry - I'm not singing :) A highly talented and recording Fado singer and musicians are performing for you!

This 4-course workshop lasts approximately 2.5 hours and is a great introduction to the world of paella and Spanish cuisine.  You will be greeted by one of our hosts with a glass of cava and then walked through the concept behind The Paella Club and the ingredients we work with. Afterwards, guests will organise themselves in groups of one-two per cooking station, where they will find every utensil and ingredient needed to cook each paella under the promise of a fully immersive and dynamic experience. Depending on the size of the class, several varieties of paella will be made at each class so that all of the guests are able to learn how to create and taste more than one type of paella.  You will feel at home while our staff guides you through our "10 secret paella steps." As a preview, we'll give away one of the 10 secret steps: Step 1—take a sip of our premium wine. The paella workshop itself has a duration of 45 minutes to an hour. After the workshop is over, while the paellas are finishing cooking, you will sit and enjoy other courses made by our chef as well as your paella creations with Catalan wine pairing. Departing from Doca do Espanhol, Alcântara we will begin our tour, on the way we will see sights such as:: -25th of april bridge -Christ the King -MAAT -Electricity Museum -The Monument to the Discoveries -Tower of Belém -Commerce Square ("Praça do Comercio") -Alfama district Immerse yourself in Portuguese culture as you experience Lisbon from the sailboat while you enjoy a refreshing beverage; I offer a welcome drink (wine, beer or soft drinck) to those on board. Open for all levels, thanks to our responsive and easy to ride horses, you will be able to ride even if you never saw a horse before :) Enjoy an intimate and fun experience in a scenic route, tall and beautiful trees will give you a fresh feeling, streams and brooks, wildflowers of various colours, cows and bulls, and much other flora & fauna. We'll head to where the city ends, nature begins, and tourists rarely venture. I'll take you to a local ranch, where you will be able to pet horses, dogs, sometimes there are even young horses that you can meet. I'll teach you the basics of riding. Then we'll set out across a dramatic landscape of forest and mountains for 1 hour approximately and when the ride finishes you will be able to pet and take pictures with friendly horses inside our barn. I will bring you from the meeting point to the ranch and back to the meeting point for free. To get to the meeting point you can use different types of transport, don't hesitate on asking. The ride will be around 1 hour but from when we meet to when we say bye-bye it will be around 2 hours. Bring adequate clothing for the day's climate & wear comfortable clothing including long pants and closed-toed shoes, without heels. Tips are greatly appreciated :)

Nuestra aventura Inicia en Madrid con dirección a Cuenca, les recogeremos en un coche y seremos un máximo de 6 personas, esta es una experiencia cercana e intima; no vamos a las prisas y te adelantamos desde ya, que no va a ser el típico tour, seremos como un grupo de amigos divirtiéndonos. Al llegar a la mágica ciudad de Cuenca declarada patrimonio de la humanidad por la UNESCO, nuestra inmersión empezara con una caminata en los miradores, donde apreciaremos como los árabes construyeron una ciudad en medio de los desfiladeros del rio húcar, entre paredes rocosas y casas que parecen estar suspendidas en el aire; Caminaremos por sus callejuelas y subiremos las cuestas que nos van adentrando en esta ciudad, durante el paseo les contaremos su historia, maravillados por su impresionante arquitectura medieval y sus orígenes musulmanes. Haremos una pausa para que puedas comer tranquilo y sin prisas ya que les aseguramos que en nuestra aventura la idea es que puedas disfrutar; después de la comida pasaremos por la calle de Alfonso VIII, famosa por sus magnificas tiendas donde podremos comprar un lindo recuerdo.
