Βρίσκεται σε υψόμετρο 420 μέτρων, «κοιτάζει» προς τις βόρειες ακτές του νησιού και απέχει μόλις 15 λεπτά από το κεντρικό λιμάνι του Ευδήλου (4 χιλιόμετρα από το ιατρικό κέντρο και τον κεντρικό δρόμο του νησιού ) Είναι στην καρδιά ακριβώς της ικαρίας και η πανέμορφη θέα από ολα τα σημεία του σπιτιού συνδιάζει με απόλυτη αρμονία βουνό και θάλασσα

Το κατάλυμα μας βρίσκεται στο τουριστικό χωριό, Αρμενιστής Ικαρίας. Διαθέτει δύο μονά κρεβάτια και ένα καναπέ ο οποιος γίνεται κρεβάτι. Είναι εξοπλισμένο με όλες τις ηλεκτρικές συσκευές που θα χρειαστείτε για τις διακοπές σας. Η μεγάλη βεράντα με θέα το Ικάριο πέλαγος θα σας βοηθήσει να χαλαρώσετε και να απολαύσετε την διαμονή σας, αξιοποιώντας την με όποιο τρόπο επιθυμείτε. Εξοχική κατοικία με θεα την θάλασσα.Αποτελείται από δύο κρεβατοκάμαρες (ενα διπλό κ δυο μονά κρεβάτια) κουζίνα και μπάνιο.Το μπανιο είναι εξωτερικό βρίσκεται ακριβώς εξω απο την κουζίνα.Κάτω από το σπίτι υπάρχει παραλία όπου φτάνεις από μονοπάτι με σκαλοπάτια σε δύο λεπτά.Στο πίσω μέρος του σπιτιού υπάρχει κήπος με σκαλοπατια και επίπεδα με χώρους ανάπαυσης.Η πρόσβαση στο σπίτι γίνεται από τον δρόμο μέσω μονοπατιού με σκαλοπάτια σε 1 λεπτό.Δημόσιο Πάρκινγκ 80m από το σπίτι.Ακατάλληλο για ΑΜΕΑ.

The ground floor apartment of a maisonette sleeps 2 persons and has a private bathroom and kitchenette. It can be rented separately, since it has a private entrance and the internal staircase can be closed off. It can also be rented in combination with the upper floor apartment of the maisonette, which sleeps 4 additional persons, and consists of a bedroom, living room, kitchen, and bathroom. Traditional house in Akamatra square

The house is located in the square of Akamatra village, up in the mountain, in the center of the island, 10' by car from the port of Evdilos. The village is officialy characterized as traditional, is naturaly decorated with century old plane trees and fountain and a stone-built square for infinite play and relaxation. There are a lot of routes through the forest for hiking with destination to other villages as well as the castle of Koskinas.
