An ocean side ground floor apartment with a private, sheltered balcony with far reaching sea views. Sit & peacefully watch the local boats passing you by or view a red sky at night, sailors delight. A two minute walk takes you to the bustling colourful harbour filled with restaurants, wine bars, pubs, coffee shops & art galleries. Capstone parade begins on the doorstep & winds around windy corner to capstone beach with footpaths for exploring the coast & nearby Victorian beaches & attractions.

Harbourside cottage at the Quay with hot tub

Our cottage is in a fabulous harbour location right on the Quay and has recently featured on Channel 5's new show Holiday Homes in the Sun! We overlook the harbour beach; Tunnels beach and wedding venue are nearby. The rear courtyard hides a secret sunny garden complete with table and chairs perfect for Alfresco dining and a secluded hot tub. All bedrooms have water views either of the harbour or the Bristol Channel and our garden room has space for wet gear, boards and bikes! Dogs are welcome.

Sunny Nook is a lovely one bedroom self catering cottage located in the countryside of Ilfracombe in North Devon. This lovely new built holiday home is a great base for a short break or a longer holiday, whilst exploring some beautiful lovely beaches and exquisite coastal walks and views.Award winning beach(Woolacombe Sands), is only a short five minutes drive away. Directly from your doorstep, you set foot on a coastal path which takes to Lee bay, Woolacombe. We will consider allowing pets.

Beautiful guest house just outside Umberleigh in North Devon, in the heart of the Taw Valley. Our guest house is situated atop a hill with panoramic views of the surrounding scenery and historic Tarka Trail. Fully self-contained building, patio and parking area. Fully fitted kitchen and living room, with a separate bedroom and en-suite bathroom. Underfloor heating coupled with a log burning fireplace for chilly days. Only a short drive to some stunning beaches and marvelous countryside.

Lee, is a small village nestled in a valley between Woolacombe, with its great surfing beach and the Victorian seaside town of Ilfracombe. Lee, has its own cove, which is a 5 minute walk from the cottage, perfect for rock pooling or why not try the bathing beach, accessible at low tide or via the coast path. There is a pub - The Grampus Inn, a 2 minute walk from Seal cottage, with its delightful beer garden. There are numerous idyllic footpaths to explore Lee and much further!

Cosy comfort while exploring the wilds of Exmoor. Home to some of the best walking in the UK and located near to scenes of "The Salt Path" film. Nestled in the heart of rolling Exmoor countryside and the idyllic hamlet of Oare with a view of the church that famously features in R D’s Blackmore’s romantic novel Lorna Doone. A stunning base to explore Exmoor national park and experience the beauty of deep combes, dramatic coastline, red deer and Exmoor ponies. Dogs welcome.

Detached holiday home is set into the hills with woods behind still a stone throw away from the heart of the bustling seaside town of Ilfracombe. Located at the end of a private road, you will be able to enjoy some amazing walks direct from the property with national trust footpaths. We also have 3 ½ acres of woodlands at the back of the property which your more than welcome to explore.

Cottage by watermill - 4 mins stroll to beach

Miller's Cottage is located next to our 16th century watermill and award winning tearoom (Hele Cornmill). Ideal for families : children can have a go at milling flour in the mill and have a go at counting the wooden mice and millstones. 5 min walk to Hele's dog friendly beach and a dog/family friendly pub serving good food. There are lots of walks from the cottage either on the South West Coastal Path or into the hills of Berrynarbor.

Manor Cottage is a grade two listed building built in the early 19th Century. Sitting in prime position on the coastal path on the quiet side of the harbour, the cottage overlooks the beach and lifeboat station. Boasting a large terrace, it’s a great spot to watch the world go by and, if you’re lucky, a lifeboat launch. Manor Cottage is a traditional home with modern features and a very well equipped kitchen. Garage parking included.

The Boathouse - Lee Bay, Devon

Located on the beach front, The Boathouse is a charming cottage housing four guests in picturesque Lee Bay, and boasting a magnificent sea view. Being next to the Southwest Coastal Path, and in close proximity to the famous Woolacombe Beach, it's a perfect destination for all. There are up to three private parking spaces on the premises, and one well behaved dog is welcomed.
