A stunning former gardeners cottage with Private Pool is tucked away in the breath taking landscape of Exmoor National Park. [POOL WILL BE CLOSED FROM 17TH SEPTEMBER TO 14TH MAY] Hot tub all year. The cottage is situated in the village of Rockford, 4 miles walk from Lynmouth or a short drive. It boasts modern appliances and design. Set mainly on one level, a low ceiling mezzanine accommodates a small double bed & extra single bed. The one acre garden is a real treat with plenty of vista points.

Willow Cottage, North Hill Cottages

North Hill Cottages is just 10 mins from Barnstaple (and less again to NDDH) but you will feel as if you are in the middle of nowhere. Sat on top of ....North Hill, Willow is one of 9 cottages created from traditional stone farm buildings in a beautiful tranquil spot with space to roam. We are ideally situated to explore the West and North coasts, as well as Exmoor. After adventuring we have an indoor swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, tennis court and games room to help you relax and unwind!

Pump Cottage - 5 minutes drive to the beach.

A 5 minute drive from the award winning Woolacombe beach. Set in the peaceful Willingcott holiday Village. Relax or take a dip in the shared outdoor heated pool (seasonal - opens Whitsun week through to the end of September) less than one minute away, or for the more active there is surfing, paddle boarding, walking or cycling; this beautiful area has it all. In the evening why not visit one of the local pubs or hunker down with a movie or maybe a board game for those more competitive!

Shoreline Escape - Saunton Down

Make lasting memories in our cosy beachside annexe, attached to the main house, with sweeping views of Saunton Sands from every room. Ideal for small families who love walking, surfing, and relaxing in the sun. Enjoy use of a shared private pool and explore nearby restaurants and Devon’s stunning beaches. This classic seaside retreat is perfect for unwinding and recharging. The property is shared with friendly owners, happy to assist with any queries. We warmly welcome your lovely pets!

The Look Out- ilfracombe - Private Indoor Pool

Outstanding views from every window, a perfect holiday retreat. Detached holiday home is set into the hills with woods behind still a stone throw away from the heart of the bustling seaside town of Ilfracombe. Located at the end of a private road, you will be able to enjoy some amazing walks direct from the property with national trust footpaths. We also have 3 ½ acres of private woodlands (no public footpaths) at the back of the property which your more than welcome to explore.

Tucked away in a quiet, rural location, but just a few minutes’ drive from the award-winning Woolacombe beach, our dog-friendly holiday cottage offers every home comfort plus a little touch of luxury. We designed Bay Tree Cottage to be a home away from home, with plenty of special touches that make it a place you’ll remember. Set in the private, landscaped grounds of Willingcott Valley, summer guests (June to Sept) will also have access to the heated outdoor swimming pool.

The Barn at Coombe Farm Goodleigh

Easter and Summer bookings are weekly with a Friday check-in. The Barn has been converted in to a beautiful 2 bedroom property for 4 people. It is located in the grounds of Coombe Farm, with a private terrace, hot tub, ceramic barbecue, hammock, garden and access to a shared outdoor pool in summer (June to September). A foot path runs past The Barn, to the village of Goodleigh, where there is a pub. Both bedrooms have a private bathroom. Well behaved dogs are welcome.

This stunning 7-bed Victorian Old Rectory sits in a peaceful North Devon valley with breathtaking views. Built in 1861 and now beautifully refurbished, it sleeps 14 across 5 bathrooms. Inside, enjoy a modern kitchen, elegant living spaces and a games room. Outside, relax in the heated pool, play Padel and explore the extensive manicured gardens. Perfect for families or group getaways in a tranquil countryside setting. Private parking for 6 vehicles.
