L'appartamento è composto da cucina, soggiorno con divano letto, camera matrimoniale, cameretta singola e bagno. L'appartamento è indipendente e dispone di ingresso anch'esso indipendente. In casa non è ammesso fumare e ospitare animali. E' inserito all'interno della casa in cui normalmente abitiamo insieme ad altra famiglia ai piani superiori. Le parti comuni (cortile e scale) sono fruibili ma ad utilizzo non esclusivo ma condiviso.

Seit ein paar Tagen gibt es auch eine Außensauna, die nach einer ausgedehnten Wanderung zur Erholung dient.

It is said that the fairy, to seal their eternal love, shaped a stone in the shape of a heart, infusing it with her feelings that were deeper than her and her joy that was more sparkling than her.
