Our 200 sq ft tiny house is a perfect Berkeley retreat. It is walking distance to BART into San Fran. (1 mile), Cal campus (1 mile), Gourmet Ghetto (world-class cuisine), Berkeley Rose Garden, and the Berkeley Marina (1.5 miles). You’ll love our place because of the light, the comfy bed, and the coziness (it's a tiny house!). It's perfect for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and small families. We have 2 queen size beds including one in a relaxing loft space

Rustic Cottage *****Hiking & Biking

The place is nestled in a garden setting . The cottage is stand alone and is not shared . The bathroom is detached, just a few steps away, through the garden, and shared with a very quiet and clean tenant, it is sparkling clean. The trails start just across the street and are fantastic, spreading over 800 acres of parkland. You will enjoy the quiet, peaceful and remote setting. We do have WiFi ;)

Berkeley Bitty House - a little bit of home

The Berkeley Bitty House is our cozy little detached guesthouse, located in a quiet residential neighborhood that is a few minutes drive to campus and within walking distance to many landmarks. Although itty bitty, it feels luminous and private, with a large skylight and windows that overlook a private deck with hot tub. The view of the bay from the private deck is breathtaking.

Watch the sun sink over the Golden Gate Bridge with a two minute stroll to the Rose Garden. On occasion, we care for our daughter’s dog. She is friendly and can be confined.
