Nestled in the countryside 0.5miles from the nearest pub there are plenty of fantastic eateries, open-air swimming pool, waterfalls walk, caves and the spectacular ribblehead viaduct

There are many walks from the cottage across fields, through woods and along the peaceful River Greta. It is in perfect striking distance for walking and exploring the Dales and Lake District. Ingleton, Kirkby Lonsdale and Settle are all within easy reach. The Three Peaks challenge is nearby.

Relax at this peaceful retreat in the Lune Valley , ideal for couples or families with one child , on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales and only a short drive from the Lake District. The End Place is a self-contained cottage adjoining Moorhouse Cottage. Downstairs is open plan, comprising a fully equipped kitchen and a living area with wood burning stove. A glass wall ensures uninterrupted views across Nidderdale Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, as well as starry-night skyscapes. Upstairs opens out into a magical, fairy-lit, vaulted bedroom with a king size brass bed adorned with crisp linen and includes en suite with shower.

The Snug, Kirkby Lonsdale

This is a well appointed cosy one bedroom annex, with ensuite shower and bathroom, situated off the main square of the beautiful town of Kirkby Lonsdale. Includes free broadband WiFi, SmartTv with Netflix, fridge, microwave, tea / coffee facilities, shower condiments, towels, hair dryer, mugs, wine glasses, plates, cutlery. Convenient 1pm check in for lunch. The room has an airy, calm appeal which offers a tranquil retreat after the day.

The Fenwick Arms gastro pub is situated a short 12minute walk away at the bottom of the homes private driveway.
