Beach-front cottage. Sea view from every room.

Anderby Creek was voted one of the UK's best undiscovered beaches by AOL, The Times & The Telegraph. The house has simply beautiful views of the beach, sea and sand dunes with extensive decking surrounded by glass balustrade where you can sit outside and enjoy the sea air. It's a family home, fully centrally heated and comfortable. Expect mismatched crockery & imperfection! It's a steep drive up to the house & steps to the beach (although you can go around the drive way) so not suitable for all

Luxury coastal cottage with private beach access

'Miles' is a spacious bungalow with large garden and private access to the beach. The charming blue holiday home is situated on a quiet road at the north end of Chapel St Leonards. 500 metres to the south is the centre of the village with a traditional seaside resort flavour of cafes, bars, shops and arcades. For a quieter vibe, head north along the beach, via Chapel Point to vast stretches of sandy coastline, coastal country park and wonderful walking, cycling and nature spotting possibilities.

Reconnect with loved ones in this family-friendly place. You're just a stones throw from the dog-friendly beach and seaside walks (5 minute walk over the dunes). It's a 10 minute walk to Mablethorpe centre, with its arcades, fun fair, pubs and restaurants, the promenade and Queen’s Park. There is also a bus or land train from the site entrance. The site is small and quiet with a pub (serves food and has regular evening entertainment and bingo), playground and laundromat, ideal for relaxing.

Mablethorpe Holiday Caravan, Trusthorpe

We invite you to stay in our central heated, double glazed caravan. It was previously sited on Plot 308 and now is on Plot 303. Its in an excellent open position a few minutes from the beach. We have been renting the van out for several years and have relisted on Airbnb from the 2024 season. Happy Days Seaside Caravan park is a quiet, family site ideally located between Mablethorpe and Sutton on Sea. The site has direct private access to the sea front and promenade.
