Paradise awaits in this stunning, brand new, well equipped 4 bedroom beach house, just 1/2 mile from the sugar white sand & turquoise waters of the Inlet Beach access, 3/4 mile to the famous Rosemary Beach and 1/2 mile to the Restaurants & shops of 30Avenue. It couldn't be easier to walk or bike over to the world famous Donut Hole for a delectable breakfast, then spend the day at the beach, and finish up with shopping then dinner at one of the many fine restaurants located within a mile or less.

A quick 1/2 mile to the beach, walk or bike to the gorgeous white sand & emerald waters or head into the quaint Town of Seaside for dining & entertainment. Miles of forest trails, pedestrian paths, boutiques, cuisine & more are all steps from your door. House comes with 2 bikes and shared saltwater pool access.

Welcome to our fun family getaway! Our home is equipped with everything you need to make great vacation memories: private pool, ample balconies, game room and fire pit. We provide super-fast wifi, a chef’s kitchen, and sleeping arrangements for 13 guests. Just a 10 minute drive to Pier Park and just 7 minutes to Rosemary Beach & 30A. We are dog-friendly with payment of a $170 pet fee. Three dogs maximum. We offer pool heating and a golf cart rental; each for an additional fee. Details below.
