This 34m² apartment is situated in the heart of Innsbruck and supplies all basic needs incl. guest tablet. It lies on the second floor and is freshly renovated. Many main attractions (old town, Golden Roof, theatre, Congress, christmas market, cable car to the mountain, supermarkets, bars and restaurants are in 5 minute walking-distance. A big shopping mall (Kaufhaus Tyrol) and the railway station are a 10 minute walk. No need for a car but parking garage under the house max 15€/24h

Aufgrund der Größe und Aufteilung eignet sich die Wohnung für bis zu fünf Personen. Ich möchte darauf hinweisen, dass aufgrund des Alters des Gebäudes die Parkettböden knarren.
