Our house located at Fotimari, 15 minutes from the port (5.5km –last 1.5 km smooth dirt road), within our 13000 m2 plot, overlooking green hills full of oak and olive trees, beautiful marked walking ancient trails and the fantastic view of Chora village (Ioulis). This characteristic Cycladic newly build stone house, tastefully decorated provides you with an authentic quiet atmosphere of days long forgotten. This unique stone cottage is the perfect place as a base to explore plenty sandy beaches and the mainland of Kea Island enjoying traditional way of living. Includes a bedroom with double bed, living room with sofa bed for two and fireplace, bathroom, small fully equipped kitchen and private veranda. The property offers a spectacular 180 degrees sea view. The sunsets are also amazing, so get the cameras ready. The house is near the main town of the island, Ioulida, which has restaurants, cafes, some bars and boutiques. The house has a nice garden with a pool, shaded dining area and a barbecue. Inside the house there are three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
