Power Generator/ cistern. Private apt close to beach and airport. 7 minutes walking to the beach, 10 minutes driving from airport and Old San Juan. Private entrance, private parking inside of the property. Wifi, TV, equipped kitchen, and two working desks if you need to work remotely. The apartment is located in a residential area, a very tranquil street with little traffic noise. Tennis court in front in the premises (need to check Covid19 limitations at time of check in). This apartment features 3 bedroom 2 bath overlooking Isla Verde's nightlife. Just a 10 min drive to the airport and located in the most touristy area in all Puerto Rico. The apartment is steps away from a Caridad Pharmacy, a parking garage, various restaurant chains and the beach is less than a three min walk. Power outages are common in PR because of the rebuilding of the electrical grid. NO refunds will be issued.
