We have 2 kayaks, a canoe and a row boat with life jackets available and a dock for guests. Play golf, tennis or pickle ball, locally. 35 min. to the heart of the Adirondack High Peaks for hiking enthusiasts. Approx. 1 hour drive to Lake Placid and Whiteface Mountain or visit Fort Ticonderoga to enjoy some history.

The property has its own rocky beach and dock, a perfect location for fishing, boating, and all other water based activities. Quiet neighbors to the North and even quieter neighbors to the South (being situated next to the Historic Trombley Cemetery). The setting is an ideal place for privacy and relaxation.

White Face Mountain, skiing, snowboarding, cross country skiing, ADK 46 High Peaks, hiking, golfing, and fishing are all a short drive away. Plattsburgh NY with its amazing restaurants and bar scene is a 5-minute drive. Plenty of parking space.
