Keep it simple. Peaceful and centrally-located two bedroom cottage on beautiful Lake Champlain. Deck and firepit to enjoy the most amazing lake sunsets. A perfect couples getaway but can accommodate a small family. A home away from home with all the conveniences we could think of! A Paddle board on site for your use. Chazy on the Lake

Beautiful lake home on a private road with A/C and strong WIFI so you can work from home if needed. Quiet place where you can relax and watch this million dollar view all day. Chazy Boat ramp is only 500 feet from the house so do not hesitate to bring your boat. You can enjoy the beautiful sunset outside or from the veranda or decide to stay cozy by the fireplace inside. Firewood is provided at the location, but you have to bring your own fire starter (NO liquid). NO DOCK on the premises.

Perfect for relaxing, reading a good book, fishing, water sports, golfing, and also to use as a home base for fun day trips. Enjoy the sunroom which overlooks the beautiful lake, the Alburgh Sand Dunes State Park, the Alburgh Golf Links and St. Anne's Shrine and the ancient coral reefs. Dogs are welcome, but require Owner approval and payment of a $85 per dog per trip fee, maximum of 2 dogs.
