Disclaimer: bookable only on Airbnb. The "Pozzo Fiorito" is one of two cottages located in our 15000 sq metres garden. Indipendent and distant from each other they assure privacy. It has two rooms, kitchen and bathroom. It offers the opportunity to combine visiting Rome, incomparably rich with history, together with a relaxing stay in close contact with nature. Casa Motta Camastra, een vrijstaande woning met prive zwembad. Het huis is omgeven door een riante tuin, ligt bovenaan een berg met een magisch uitzicht over de Alcantara vallei en de Etna. Het huis is zeer geschikt als u zoekt naar rust, ruimte en privacy in een natuurlijke omgeving met prachtig uitzicht, panoramahouses, met bezienswaardigheden binnen handbereik. 'Il Vigneto' is a traditional stone house with terracotta tiles and exposed beams. A magnificent swimming pool over seven meters in length benefits from having full sun throughout the day. Adjacent to the pool is an extensive outdoor eating area along with a built-in BBQ. and Pizza oven. Inside, the house is spacious and immaculate with a modern, fully equipped kitchen/dining room, that also contains a sofa bed. There are two double bedrooms a bathroom with shower and a utility room room.

Lo Chalet ha una terrazza vista mare con tavolino per pranzare/cenare più due lettini prendisole e ombrelloni. Lo chalet dista dal centro della città circa 5 minuti percorrendo a piedi una strada in salita. Dispone anche di parcheggio per un'auto di piccole dimensioni.
