No. 11 is located in the heart of the old town of Matera, the Sassi. The breathtaking view has been featured in several films, such as James Bond, the Passion of Christ and Ben-Hur. This historical house has stunning vaulted sandstone ceilings and rooms decorated in Scandic-Italian style. A spacious bedroom, en-suite bathroom and a small lounge area with private entrance from the street. A fantastic location but not for the faint hearted, lots of steps, but it's worth it. Bring your sneakers !

Casa Iris si trova nella campagna Toscana, a circa 10 chilometri da San Gimignano e a pochi minuti dai supermercati ed i vari servizi presenti a Poggibonsi. La nostra Casa è un ottimo punto di partenza per scoprire tutte le bellezze della Toscana, ma è anche un luogo ideale per chi ama concedersi una pausa dalla vita frenetica della città. IL BORGO - Como Lake

Il BORGO è composto da tre antiche e lussuose dimore, del 1600. Sono tutte case indipendenti. Una è la casa della sola coppia di ospiti, una è la casa dei proprietari e l'ultima è lo studio massaggi olistici. Il giardino, la piscina, l' idromassaggio con acqua calda, la sauna ad infrarossi e il bosco, sono ad uso esclusivo delle sole due persone ospitate. Il tutto immerso nella natura. Luca e Marina, abitano nel BORGO, ma non utilizzano i servizi. La struttura non è adatta ad ospitare bambini.

Als de eigenaren er zijn (in het andere huis) kunt u ook gebruik maken van de moestuin en de pizzaoven. In de Lapone vallei, tussen olijfbomen en wijngaarden. Perfect voor wandelen, mountainbiken en uitstapjes naar onder meer Rome, Siena, Villa Caprarola of dichterbij het Bolsenameer of Bagnoregio.

Podere Pereti Nuovi-modern Tuscan Villa

Podere I Pereti was entirely build by our grandfather Remo in the 1970's. My siblings and I spent most of our summers on the porch with our grandparents watching sunsets and admiring the view of the Val d'Orcia. Entirely surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. Nonno Remo, besides having a building company, proudly produced Orcia red wine that was consumed by the family. From the 150 olive trees, every November we filled our tanks with green gold olive oil.
