Located next to Scottsboro, AL, 1 hour from Chattanooga, TN, and 1 hour from Huntsville, AL, this quaint 1100 sq/ft 2 bed, 2 bath, with a private loft can comfortably accommodate 6 people. The house is a 3 minute drive to the grocery store, Dollar General, Jack’s, pharmacy and gas stations. A 10 minute drive from the Tennessee river with marina. Scottsboro is the closest big town, where there is golfing, fishing, hunting and plenty of restaurants available. A 20 minute drive to Goose Pond Colony; 35 minutes from lake Guntersville. There are several places within a 30 minute drive that are recreational. The house is out in the country on top of Sand Mountain, beautiful area.
