The front porch is great for an evening of gathering by the chiminea and fun times. The home is suited for 2 adults and 2 children (4 people max) or just a nice retreat for a couple's weekend and or vacation. 2 bedroom 1 bathroom . This is an older home. There are permanent stains in the sink and tubs. We are trying to work on other areas of the home as much as we can. We have blackout curtains/shades in the entire home. We have WiFi, Disney plus, ESPN +, Hulu, and items you would need to cook, shower, or clean dishes. We have a washer and dryer (no detergent or fabric softener is supplied anymore unfortunately). We also have a keypad entry for your convenience to check in anytime after check in time, so no need to rush.

Home sweet home. This 3 BR home is the perfect place for families to gather and spend time together. With an extremely spacious living space and a giant sofa theres seating for the whole family. The entire home is newly renovated and has all new appliances. The kitchen, being fully equipped, is the perfect place to spend the holidays, and family dinners. There are 2 full baths, both have newly done showers with porcelain tile. This home includes a work space and 1 gig of high speed internet.

This completely remolded home was built in the early 1950’s. My husband remolded the home in 2012. It is very homey and has been decorated with beach decor from one end to the other. The kitchen has everything you would need from electric skillet to a crockpot. It has foils,baggies, salt, pepper, oil, coffee and filters. It also has a laundry room. So much charm and very inviting. We are centrally located in Jacksonville. Close to all military bases and the beaches within 35 miles.

“Down by the Bay” is a great place to call home regardless of how short your stay! This home sits in a family friendly neighborhood that is in walking distance to Wilson Bay Park, Sturgeon City and the Riverwalk area of downtown Jacksonville. Very close, as well, to Camp Lejeune, Marine Corps Air Station and Beirut Memorial. If Kayaking is your thing, check out the pictures! Public kayak ramps are available at Sturgeon City. Less than 1/2 mile away.
