Perfect for couples, out-of-town guests, traveling professionals and small families. This space is not shared and has its own entrance and parking spot. Fully equipped with washer and dryer, toaster oven, microwave, fridge, Keurig, TV, wifi, and much more listed below.

THE COZY CUL-DE-SAC

Our room may not be suitable for people who maybe fearful of dogs. We have two large dogs and one small dog. They are friendly but sometimes bark if they hear things. There are 2 queen beds. There is only one thermostat that is controlled by us. If you’d like the temperature adjusted anytime during your stay, let us know and we will make sure to get you comfortable. There is a small space heater and extra blankets in a blue storage bin in the basement bedroom.

No Clean Fee:Basement studio: Private entry, bath.

Large studio apartment, complete privacy, own entrance through the garage, garage spot, new furniture, private bathroom & kitchenette. This is a pet-friendly house with multiple units, so you may hear other guests or animals. While everyone is asked to be respectful, some noise is unavoidable. The apartment/basement has its own private entrance. It has three bedrooms, a large living room, kitchenette, and one full bath. Your host, Ned Martin, is a PGA golf professional.
