Due to the location and lack of transportation options, some type of vehicle is required and 4 wheel drive is recommended in the winter.

Secluded mountain paradise off the beaten path. Come stay at our unique little home in the mountains. Come unplug and enjoy nature. Four-Wheel Drive Required as early as September and as late as May. If there is any snow you will not be able to get in or out of the house without a high clearance four-wheel drive vehicle. The last 3/4 of a mile to the house is an unmaintained private dirt drive that is inaccessible without high clearance four-wheel drive vehicle.

Enjoy this stylish guesthouse with a private entrance close to Olde Town Arvada! Spacious studio with king bed, futon sofa, kitchen with cooktop, smart TV, and full bathroom. Easy access to I-70 to get to downtown Denver and the mountains. A 5-minute drive or 30-minute walk to Olde Town Arvada with tons of restaurants, bars, and shopping. South Platte Fishing Cabin

Ours is a studio apartment located directly across the road from gold medal trout water on the South Platte River. The entire apartment has been updated and offers peace and quiet along with a quarter mile of private river access. This is a get away perfect for fly fishermen. My wife and I live in the ranch house across the road and are always available to answer questions and share information about the area.
