Built in 1836, welcome to our river home. Step right into the sun filled living room with wood floors, wood beam ceiling and a wood fireplace. As you make your way through the first level, you will find a mudroom with exterior access and an adjoining half bathroom, a dinning room and a kitchen with access to the outdoor deck and large fenced back yard. Upstairs you will find two bedrooms and one extra room, along with a bathroom. The rooms are surrounded with both garden and river views.

The OASIS experience is great all summer and as an off-season “retreat” to re-energize mind, body, and spirit. Get your toes in the sand! Boat is conveniently located on the border between two towns, Belmar and Neptune, only minutes away from the beautiful beaches, cute cafes, wonderful restaurants, and hoppin bars. Whether you are looking for a quiet romantic getaway or a party-filled weekend at the shore, cant find a better location. You cannot take the boat out.
