The front of the unit looks out to the boat ramp reserve with large trees and some filtered views of St Georges Basin. The boat ramp, jetty and fish cleaning table are just across the road, this area also includes public toilets and childrens playground. Just down the road you will find a cafe/ shop and further from there is Palm Beach which is great for the kids, fishing, kayaking etc. It is a great place to relax and unwind and only 10 minute drive to Hyams Beach. Overlooking tall gum trees with the lure of the beach dappled through the branches, 'Wishing on Dandelions' is our home and a haven we would love to share with you. You will have your own well lit and spacious living space that invites you to relax and unwind. Your home for your holiday is located at the foot of all you will wish to explore in the area and a brief stroll to the beach. Sitting on the porch watching the trees sway or listening to the gentle waves is where you may wish to begin.

We can ensure you will have full privacy, with a seperate entrance, 1 x King bed, air conditioning, washing machine & dryer, a fully equipped kitchen, and your own garage space.

The renowned Hyams beach, whitest sand in the world is just a 10min. drive away. Other beaches are much closer, Blenheim is a 5 min walk. Dolphin and whale watching tours, diving, swimming, walking, bike riding, fishing or relaxing. You choose. The studio is comfortable, private and self contained.

This is a peaceful eco studio apartment perched above the pristine white sands and crystal clear waters at Hyams Beach. Ideal for couples, this new stand alone studio has a modern kitchen and bathroom, laundry facilities, free WiFi and a 55" 4K TV. The deck is north facing with extensive water views. It is literally two minutes walk from the beach and the beginning of the White Sands Walk. It captures warm sun in winter and cool afternoon breezes in summer.
