The Fox Den is a small-but-cute suite in S. Main next to the bouldering park. It faces an actual fox den—which is how it got its name. It's a 2-minute walk to the Arkansas River, where you’ll find miles of hiking and mountain biking trails. You'll also be just a block from the South Main Square and a short stroll from the shops and restaurants of downtown BV. The Den is a completely private suite attached to a main house with a separate entrance and lockbox for convenient self-check in. STR-234

Come enjoy our private 5 acres of Pinon trees with the convenience of being 5 minutes from town. Enjoy the joys of children on property and views of incredible mountains with the wildlife that frequents our "back yard". Relax in our private guest area locked off from the rest of our home including a kitchenette and laundry area, all separated from the rest of the house by a custom built and locking doorway. We accept dogs but cannot accept cats due to other guests’ allergies. There is a pet fee.

Town Hut - Cozy haven on BVs mtn side, EV charging

We welcome you to stay in our guest house: A renewed log cabin on three acres at BV's western edge. This quiet, in-town location is a good base for Arkansas Valley activities. A few miles east of us is Cottonwood Pass with hot springs, hiking, snowshoeing, etc. Or, bike or walk a mile to the east for restaurants and shopping, the Arkansas River and Fourmile trail complex beyond. Note: There are many pet-friendly options nearby, but we do our best to provide an allergen-free studio for guests.

Basecamp BV - Mountain Adventure Escape (STR-082)

Welcome to your adventure basecamp! Conveniently nestled between the Arkansas River and the Collegiate Peaks, this home serves as the perfect launch point for many great year-round activities. First-class hiking, biking, rafting, fishing, and skiing are just minutes from your door. Take a short walk or bike ride down to Main Street to enjoy the shops and cafes with family and friends. Then retreat home for a relaxing evening on the back patio or enjoy movie night in the open living area.

Studio Apartment with Kitchen STR-115

This is a small studio space with everything you need! Attached to the main house but completely private, you have a fully stocked kitchen and private bath and entrance. A comfy queen bed and memory foam loveseat futon round out the accommodations. Two small children will fit on the futon, but four full-size people would require you to utilize a twin air mattress we can provide. If you are looking for affordable and comfortable in BV, this is the spot for you! Basic but cozy and clean!

Rustic Retreat One Block Off Main St. STR-137

This 1-bedroom, 1-bath home is just one block south of Main Street and a few blocks west of the Arkansas River. The bungalow has just the basics for those looking to unplug for a bit. This affordable option was originally built as railroad worker housing, and I bought it as a raft guide/teacher over 15 years ago, and used it as my first home and base for adventure. Now I love sharing it with others. Rustic and affordable- for those who don't need fancy, but like being close to town

Sawatch Nights Guesthouse (STR-107)

Enjoy the Rockies from our newly built guesthouse. Hike, bike, fish, climb, ski, boat, ride a horse, or pet a goat, the Ark Valley has a lot to offer, and our guest house is a great location to set up base camp. The house is located 4 blocks West of downtown in the quiet, residential heart of BV. Take an evening stroll through McPhelemy Park or out to the Peaks View walking path to catch the sunset over Mt. An adventure-loving Tiny House that has found a home at Moonstream Vintage Campground! We built Little Mountain ourselves in order to make our road trip dreams come true. She traveled across the US from the East Coast to the West Coast, and now she calls Colorado home. We are very excited to share the opportunity with others to “live tiny” while they explore and adventure like we did! Enjoy the outdoors while also having all of the “glamping” amenities.

While there&rsquo;s no restroom inside, shared bathhouses are nearby. With electricity, ceiling fans, heat, a fire ring, and picnic table, Cabin 8 offers comfort and convenience while staying close to campground amenities. Dogs are welcome for a one-time cleaning fee.</p>
