Get away from it all in this stylish, studio cottage. Enjoy amazing views of the foothills and Tule River. Take a nap in the hammock, float peacefully in the river, or explore our wild 10 acres. In the evenings, enjoy stargazing or conversation at the fire pit. Our property is secluded, yet only 10 minutes from the main highway. We are in between Sequoia Forest (east) and Sequoia Park (north), with about an hour drive to each. We love to host remote workers/traveling health care providers.

Hello and welcome to Bluebird Cottage. We are located 1 mile up a dirt road in the Isabella Highlands overlooking Lake Isabella. Our road is bumpy in and steep in areas, but we have never had a guest not make it up here. We are approximately a 3 hour Drive to Sequoia National Park. We are a 2 hour drive from Death Valley National Park. We are a 4 hour drive from Yosemite. We are 3 hr drive from Los Angeles. Bluebird Cottage is a cozy tiny home with a private outdoor space. Incredible views!

Cozy Sequoia Cabin Camp Nelson

Relax, unwind, and enjoy the serenity of the mountains in this cozy cabin. With a large deck for BBQ'ing and amazing windows showcasing Slate Mountain, you'll find yourself not wanting to leave the cabin. But- while you're here, a couple musts are: fishing the Tule River, hiking Dome Rock, the Needles Trail, and playing a game of pool with the locals at the Tavern down the road. Another must is seeing the Giant Sequoias at the Trail of 100 Giants. We are not near the National Parks.

TRAIL OF 100 GIANTS road is OPEN! Just a 20-30 min drive away. Also, couple Giant “Monarch” Sequoias is just a few miles away off Mtn Rd 51 and a nice hike in. Unplug and take it easy at this rustic, tranquil and one-of-kind creekside, garden mountain getaway in the Sequoia National Monument (south of National Park)—far enough away from cities but close enough to the Trail of 100 Giants and other local hiking trails. Perfect for one or two adults, or a small family. Pet friendly too!

The Cabin at Three Falls Ranch

Three Falls Ranch Guest Cabin dates back to the early 1920’s. Recently remodeled, the cabin boasts 2 bedroom 2 bath (has the option for a 5th roll away bed). Visitors have access to over 1/3 mile of Poso Creek including the waterfalls, 130 acres of ranch hiking, bird watching, wildflowers, creek exploring & guided visits with our animals (mini goats, chickens , mini donkeys).
