Ideal for a quiet retreat but only 8 minutes from UNC Hospital, Hillsborough Campus and within 15 to 25 minutes from Duke University, University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, North Carolina Central University and historic downtown Hillsborough. Guests of all walks of life welcome.

Ever thought it would be fun to experience a day at a real working Christmas Tree Farm? Be our guest at the bunkhouse, a beautiful 320 sq ft tiny house full of character. Remodeled from salvaged materials on the farm, this bunkhouse features a full kitchen, bathroom with roomy bedroom and living room. Relax on the porch or roast marshmallows by the firepit. You can take a stroll through the Christmas trees, by the pond and in the spring and summer, through our U-pick flower patch.

This renovated duplex offers tranquility, style and comfort. Situated in the North Chatham area, we are just a short drive to Chapel Hill and Pittsboro. Jordan Lake and Haw River are also close by. Nestled in the pines yet within walking distance to nearby shopping, you'll experience the peacefulness of being in the country with the conveniences of being in the city. Enjoy the private screened porch with adjoining patio and grilling area. Need more space? Unit A is also available.

This new tiny house is nestled amongst mature hardwood trees on a 30 acre working family farm in Hillsborough. Quiet your mind and restore your body in the luxurious hot tub or warm up by the cozy fire-pit. Under 10 miles to Hillsborough or Durham, and their many restaurants, breweries and shops. Enjoy the privacy of two secluded wooded acres, surrounded by the sights and sounds of our farm, where we are growing fruits, veggies and mushrooms & caring for our animals and pastures.

Welcome to Cedar Serenity Guest House, set amid the tranquil scenery of Chatham County, NC, just 15 min from Pittsboro. This peaceful haven offers both leisure and business travelers a retreat of comfort and calm. Relax in a plush king bed, refresh in the oversized shower with three invigorating heads, and unwind on the screened porch or in the hot tub on your private patio. With high-speed internet and a secluded 10.5-acre property, it’s the perfect escape in Chatham County.

Rustic Cabin on a Working Farm in Durham

Come get away from it all—while conveniently close to everything—at Laurel Branch Gardens, a 12-acre farm that uses organic growing practices. About 100 yards from the farm house, the cabin is a renovated tobacco barn with a sleeping loft, full kitchen, bathroom (with a shower and composting toilet), and living area. Meet the pigs and chickens. Lay in the hammock. Listen to bird calls. During June and July u-pick blueberries will be available for harvest for $3.50/lbs.

This location is fully equipped with all the comforts of home. Loads of day hiking opportunities whether your planning a day trip, weekend getaway or week long vacation there is no shortage of things to do and see. Come enjoy our country setting that’s only minutes away from Duke and Downtown.

Restored Cabin on Heritage Farm.

Built in the 1930's from a Rehoboth Beach cabin design; the "Clubhouse" was built for out-of-town city guests to get a little peace and quiet in rural NC. Newly refurbished, family friendly, with plenty of forested land for exploring, camper/trailer parking and fenced pasture with water. Free wi-fi. Pets welcome - two pet limit. Pasture may be suitable to horses who won't jump the fence and can get along with 3-4 heifers.
