Gaze at the stars at night or the brilliant view down the harbour. Bring your boat and experience the Kaipara Harbour. Kaiwaka, the little town of lights, has great cafes but is also perfectly situated only 15 minutes from Mangawhai with the surf beaches.

We are 7acre bush block with 300 degree ocean and rural views. Brand new modern house with 4 bedrooms and a separate cabin with a double bed and single bed with stunning views. Comfortable outdoor furniture to make the most of the views, BBQ and spa pool for outdoor living. The house has great Indoor outdoor flow. Heat pump for controlled heating summer and winter. 6 kms to restaurants,shops. Many good surf beaches near bye. Estuary for boating.

Langs Beach House

Our beautiful kiwi style beach house is a short 5 minute walk to stunning white sandy Langs beach and 5 min drive to Waipu Beach. Waipu Beach has a safe estuary for kids to play, playground and a fabulous cafe. Relax on our large deck overlooking native NZ bush and birdlife after a busy day. We are close to cafe's, coastal walks, beautiful beaches and the Saturday Mangawhai markets. The Waipu Coastal Trail starts at the end of our street.

Cozy Unit close to Orewa Beach and shopping Center

A modern, new unit, with amazing views located in front of a beautiful small pasture with a few cows. Being a 200 meter short walk to the Silverdale shopping centre, many local restaurants and cafes, and all other facilities makes this an ideal location for a traveller to rest and recoup. You may also get out to explore Millwater, Stanmore Bay, the Silverdale Village and activities of Orewa beach.
