Welcome to our modern farmhouse (minus the farm). Our little home is almost 100 years old! As such she isn’t perfect but she has a lot of character! We are located in a safe neighborhood just 5 minutes from downtown Kalamazoo and 10 minutes from the highway. 8 minutes to WMU. Whether you’re traveling for business, to visit loved ones, or just enjoy Kalamazoo we’d love to have you at our home. Built in 1885, this house is quite charming. The best breakfast spot and Italian restaurant in town are right across the street :-) A bakery/coffee shop, yoga studio, laundromat, bodega and salon are all less than a minutes' walk away. New queen beds and linens await. Enjoy meals in the breakfast nook, or drinks on the front porch swing. TV is equipped with Roku. 1.5 Baths, dining room and piano to boot. The house has 2 bedrooms up stairs and a 3rd on the main floor. Wood floors throughout. Has a semi private deck off the back for relaxing with a small fenced in back yard under a canopy of trees. Everyman's house has been declared a Historic Home in Kalamazoo.
