Exceptional, cosy, light and very large house. Lovely living-room, huge kitchen with everything a chef needs. Large walled- city garden and 4 large bedrooms. Ideally located in "West-Brabant", 45 min from the beaches of Zeeland, 30 min from Rotterdam and Antwerp and 20 min from Breda. You will enjoy our house because of the athmospheren, the light, garden, neighbourhood and comformtable beds. My house is suitable for couples, business travellers, groups of friends and families. Our completely new water villa (8 persons) is located directly on the Veerse Meer. You can just jump in! The North Sea Beach is only 2 kilometers away. In the spacious garden there is an electric hot tub for extra relaxing. The area is beautiful for walking, boating, surfing, cycling, visiting towns and villages, etc. With four bedrooms (all of them with a double bed) and a fully equiped kitchen. Ons huis met het terras boven geeft uitzicht op het Veerse meer. Het huis boven is van hout gebouwd waardoor het een knus warm huis is met mogelijkheden. Met een pellet kachel, sauna, aparte speelkamer, veranda en een grote tuin met veel privacy. Gelegen aan de rand van het Veerse Meer 5 min. loopafstand en dichtbij het Noordzeestrand 10 min auto. Kamperland is de grootste stad van Noord-Beveland, en is uitgegroeid tot een ideale vakantiebestemming voor watersporters en strandliefhebbers.

De vakantiewoning ligt op slechts 300m van het strand in het luxe vakantiepark Noordzee De Banjaard. Het Banjaardstrand is talloze malen uitgeroepen tot schoonste strand van Nederland. Op loop- en fietsafstand van de woning bevinden zich enkele strandtenten. Op het vakantiepark kunt u, indien gewenst, ook gebruik maken van een fietsverhuur, restaurant, supermarkt, speeltuin en kidsclub. Leuke stadjes als Veere, Middelburg en Vlissingen zijn gemakkelijk te bereiken.

Also from here, you have even a direct connection ,by car or train, to the city of Antwerp (20 min.), Bruxelles (60min.), Brugge (90 min). A silent and relaxing natural environment where you can come totally at ease !

The house is renovated with all luxury and beautiful decoration in a quiet area. There are 2 duplex apartments, each with 2 levels. Nice for 2 families, having their privacy. The apartments have a luxury made to measure Kitchen with all Kitchen appliances of Siemens. Also an espresso maker of Nespresso and a kettle with an assortiment of Tea’s! U geniet van totale rust in een prachtige groene omgeving en hoeft slechts 300 meter af te leggen om te genieten van de leuke winkels en de gezelligste restaurants. Parkeerplaats voor 2 wagens. Deze woning is geschikt om te genieten van onze prachtige Noordzee in elk seizoen.

Villa Tomasso in Eeklo is located exactly between Ghent and Bruges (both 20 minutes by car), and 30 minutes from Antwerp. The train station of Eeklo is 800 meters away by foot.
