Capacity 2+2, size 42 m2, with a large fenced yard and a swimming pool. Located on the ground floor in a family house in a quiet street; newly built and is fully equipped and furnished. The house is surrounded by trees and offers an unobstructed view of the sea. Pets are not allowed, nor is smoking in the apartment. It is accessible for disabled. Heated pool (May-October) : 8x4m, depth 1,5m. Sat TV, WiFi, A/C, safe, parking, fireplace/grill, terrace, deck chairs and a parasol by the pool.

Our newly renovated studio apartment is located in the heart of the beautiful old town of Rab, directly in the Middle street (Srednja ulica 20), looking to the Down street (Donja ulica), and the Forum Pub which we recomand for the best cocktails in Rab. Due to its location it is also perfect for couples exploring the old town of Rab. The apartment consists of bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, and is equiped with aircondition, TV, free Wifi... Free parking in the old town for all our guests.

We rent a holiday apartments a bit uphill from apartment complex Gajac in a peaceful surrounding and nature near Zrće beach (20 min walk to the festival area and famous clubs - Papaya, Aquarius, Kalypso & Noa / only few minutes with a car). Beautiful Gajac beach is reached by a shortcut (800m), 10min walk and it will lead you to the nicest part of the beach with a great beach restaurant! Closest city is Novalja (2 km). When Franka and Grga Kalebić retire, they decide to try their hand at the tourism industry. They have been actively involved in it since 1989. From the very beginning, it was clear that this would be a family business that would be transferred to their daughters, but later also to their grandchildren. Since the owners are very fond of tradition and family in such an environment, we host our guests. Our apartment is perfect for a family trip or a romantic getaway.

Although perfect for us, its tranquility may not suit all.

Senj has neither industry nor pollutants. The guests in Senj feel safe. There is no danger of the crime - you can safely walk around during the day and at night. Senj is not a typical tourist destination; there are no big hotels or crowds. On the beaches and in the restaurants you can always find a place. Senj is interesting for guests traveling to Dalmatia, the Dalmatian islands and Dubrovnik, so they can take a break halfway.
