First of - Kathy’s Kottage offers a uniquely private, warm and inviting detached cottage. We are not a huge commercial venture, but owned, operated, maintained, and cleaned by hosts who live within 150 yards. The Kottage is our only offering. We charge a cleaning fee of $35 a stay, so there isn't a list of chores at check out. We take up to 4 hours between every stay to extensively clean and disinfect every surface. We are proud of the Kottage as shown in every review over the last four years.

Park View Cottage is the perfect place when you're in town for family events or for school or work related activities. Entire home is newly renovated and is cozy and clean. Carey Park is just across the street, so explore the walking paths, the free zoo, disc golf, playgrounds, etc. Off street parking in this safe neighborhood includes the drive, plus alley access. Hutchinson offers a large variety of dining experiences. Visitors enjoy the Cosmosphere, the Stratica Mine, and the State Fair.

We are located in a quiet farming community with a short commute to town. A local artist has her work displayed in our Tranquil Abode. We offer 1 king bed & 2 queen bed, full kitchen & dining area, laundry room & 1 1/2 baths for your use. Breakfast options include things to make your own pancakes/waffles or fresh cinnamon rolls from a local bakery/restaurant or homemade bread from a local bakery/restaurant & eggs **If you need a gluten free option please specify immediately upon booking.

Enjoy a peaceful stay at Branded 5 Stable. Quiet country roads, horses and more! Spacious, private and clean 1 bedroom/1 bath apartment. We don't allow pets in apartment but do provide 3 roomy dog kennels or space in our garage for traveling kennels. Hunters welcome! Come and enjoy our many animal friends, pick up a brush or help us feed! You may also be treated to our boarders exercising horses while here. We are sorry but we do not offer horse back riding lessons at this time.

Come unplug and get away for a bit on the farm! We welcome you to our quaint and private guest apartment, with a country vibe. Situated across the lane from our 100 year old farm house just outside of Yoder, KS. You will find yourself in the heart of Amish community. If you enjoy farm animals, this is the place for you.... horses, cows, turkeys, chickens, guinea pigs, rabbits and plenty of farm cats and our faithful dog, Ginger can all be found. Our settlement was built in 1920. We have a cute apartment above our general store. (one flight of stairs) We offer sweet smells of cinnamon rolls each morning with coffee and pastries right downstairs. We are located right in the middle of town. Basehor is 10 minutes west of Kansas Speedway, Schlitterbahn Waterpark, Hollywood casino and Legends shopping area. Lynnmark Mercantile is a 4 minute drive to Holy Field Winery, and 33 minute drive to Historical Lawrence, Kansas
