Blue Garden is a brand new project in our mediterranean organic olive garden with private access to the beach. Here you can connect with nature and enjoy tranquility and privacy. The Houses were constructed in 2022 with high standards and comforts. Enjoy the sea view from inside the house and your private patio or relax at the beach that rests 50 metres from it. The Garden has mostly olive trees but you can also discover various other trees or vegetables. The project is stil in development.

Disco Potami Summer House

Welcome to our unique and vibrant summer house, nestled in the heart of Potami Karlovasi on the beautiful island of Samos, Greece. Formerly an old disco, this space has been transformed with craftsmanship into a stylish and cozy getaway, with a late 70s early 80s aesthetics, offering a one-of-a-kind experience for our guests. Whether you're seeking a unique holiday experience or simply want to relish in the nostalgia of the past, our old disco-turned-summer house is the perfect choice.

Samos Holiday Home

Charming first floor apartment, with panoramic views of island and walking distance to center of Karlovasi. Short drive to one of the most beautiful beaches of Samos, Potami Beach, and also the waterfalls. Sit and relax on the balcony watching mountains and the Aegean during sunset, and enjoy your holidays at this family oriented home. The apartment has a stocked kitchen with basic needs to cook also a coffee bar so you can make and enjoy your morning coffee.

The newly build bungalow is located on top of the little hill Puntes and offers 180 degrees of oceanic view over the aegean sea, the turkish coast and the Boat Marina beneath. Just outside the bungalow is a beautiful terrace enabling you allocating your vacation outside. It offers shade for sitting outside and enjoying the terrific view. The private swimming pool ensuite causes a calm atmosphere, which will make your stay unforgettable.

The name of the house Olive & Home comes from the location. The house is surrounded by olive trees and each area of ​​the house has a different view of the mountain, the endless blue of the sea and the sky, the forest and the village. The tranquility is one of the main features of our accommodation as it is 6 minutes walk from the center of Ormos village.
