Välkommen till en genuin svensk stuga från slutet av 1800-talet, vackert belägen i Sävast mellan Luleå och Boden. Omgiven av älv, skog och öppna fält erbjuder den en lugn och naturnära vistelse. Stugan är varsamt renoverad med modern komfort för både semester och arbete. Tillgång till bastu och träningsmöjligheter på gården. Endast 5 minuters promenad till skidspår, älv och buss. 15 minuters promenad till matbutik samt 15 minuter med buss till centrum och tågstation. Flygplats nås på 40 minuter.

Denna charmiga stuga vid vattnet utgör den perfekta platsen för avkoppling. Omgiven av vacker natur och med en spektakulär utsikt över havet, erbjuder den en fridfull och rofylld tillflyktsort. Här kan du njuta av stilla morgnar vid vattnet eller betrakta färgsprakande solnedgångar – en verklig oas bortom vardagens hektiska tempo. Stugan är utrustad med bastu och en vedeldad kamin, och för extra komfort finns kyl/frys samt flera värmeelement vilket gör det möjligt att besöka denna plats året om.

Modernt boende med 6 bäddar fördelat i 3 rum. ca 50 meter till sjö med möjlighet för bad & fiske. Vedeldad bastu i separat byggnad på tomten. Sommartid finns Möjlighet till bastuflotte, roddbåt, badstrand, cyklar ca 20 min Boden, 30 min Luleå, Piteå 50min Vi har även en enklare skogskoja intill en tjärn dit ni kan vandra eller vandra upp på vårt berg med vacker utsikt.

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. Bus stops 1 minute away, minutes from the center of town by bus. Great restaurants and lots of shopping. Quiet neighborhood and quiet apartment building. All new kitchen. free parking in the neighborhood behind the building or across the street from the building not on the property. the apartment is on the 5th floor, there is no elevator. The bed might only fit one guest, but there is a very big cofy couch to sleep on if it's too small

Charming house with an open and large living room that is perfect for relaxing, working or for family. The house is in a very calm area, very close to a grocery store, A large living room with an indoor fireplace and a big TV screen, free Netflix, HBO, Disney and of course many other applications in smart TV. A fully equipped kitchen with a new stove, dishwasher, and all equipment you need. Three bedrooms, two with king size beds. A large terrace and BBQ place. A rental car can be available.

Guest cabin

Nyrenoverat gästhus ca 40m2 golvyta, med de flesta bekvämligheter i ett hem. Närhet till vatten med en liten strand som vintertid är ett populärt promenadstråk. Relativt centralt och nära till buss eller tåg. Gästhuset är beläget på samma tomt som Värdfamiljens bostad. Ca 5min promenad till gym och pizzeria. 10min cykelfärd till mataffär, ca 15-20min med cykel till stan. Parkeringsplats finns. Är ni fler än 2 personer finns ytterligare sovplatser att hyra mot avgift. Obs golvkallt vintertid

♥ Seawiev cottage ♥ Boat Fishing close to airp

The main cottage is suitable for 2 adults and two smaller children who can share a sofa bed . In the yard there are 2 smaller guesthouses with 2 beds in each. Plenty of parkingspace (14 min by car to Luleå center, 13 min to Kallax Airport). There is a trampoline for the "children" , travelbed and childchair for the smallest Wonderful view. Smaller boat is included in the price. There is a possibility to rent 1 snowmo. All cottages are heated in wintertime. Municipal water Wifi 4G

Lulea Guesthouse

WC, shower (sauna not for use) fridge/freezer, AC, near the nature. You sleep in a sofa bed for 2 persons in the livingroom. Not a real kitchen but you can make some food in a microwave oven (I can get you a 2 plate stove to use outside on the porch), coffee brewer, waterboiler. Good restaurant/pub 100 m, Lule river with beaches 200 m, Shopping area 2,7 km, Bus stop 1.9 km, Airport 8 km, Luleå city 7 km. Pickup from/to airport 200SEK/20€ each way if I am available (ask before)

About 15 minutes from the center of Luleå, about 15 minutes from Luleå airport by car. The house works both summer and winter. You can experience the northern lights in the winter and midnight sun in the summer. High standard, outdoor furniture, fully equipped for self-catering, Wifi, smart TVs , dishwasher , washing machine.

Cozy appartment with own entrance, 80 m2, on the countryside, 20 minutes from central Luleå and from Kallax Airport. Modern kitchen with table for 6 person, big bathroom with shower cabin, 2 bedrooms with 4 sleeping places, living room with TV, bed sofa and small desk. Laundry room with washing maching and tumbler. Outside deck with possibility to eat outside in summer, access to traditional barbecue hut all year around. 2 parking places with access to engine heater.

Mysig stuga med bastu, mitt mellan Luleå & Boden

Välkommen till denna mysiga stuga som är belägen mitt mellan Luleå & Boden. Stugan är på 50m2 och här kan det bo 1-3 personer. I huset så finns det en dubbelsäng och en extrasäng att använda vid behov. Här finns det en Vedeldad bastu att använda samt en öppen kamin. Sängkläder och handdukar ingår. Tv går att använda genom att koppla in dator eller telefon. Busshållplatsen är ungefär 200 meter ifrån stugan.
