The summer house is a detached house at No. 26a. You reach the house through a private entrance where you can park your car. The haus is equipped with all comforts. A fully equipped kitchen (with oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, kettle, etc.) where you can enjoy cooking. A nice living room with a new comfortable (sleeping) sofa. A sleepingroom with separate toilet and a bathroom with shower. Located 50 meters from the shopping street of Noordwijk aan Zee and only 400 meters from the beach.

This cozy apartment is a perfect base for a delightful holiday near the beach. It is a quiet spot behind the dunes in the village of Wijk aan Zee, on walking distance (10 min.) from the widest beach of Holland. The apartment has all facilities and there is also a nice terrace with a wide view over the village. The apartment has a private entrance and features a small kitchen, a lovely bathroom and a great bed. You also have a private parking place and there are two bicycles available. Enjoy!

The light and very well insulated 35m2 studio is situated in the former sailors cabin of coaster Mado. On top you’ll have your private deck located directly on the local swimming pond with magnificent view over the harbor. Just 1-5 minutes walking to lot’s of bars, restaurants, shopping mall and bus + tramlines direct to historical center.

Dit sfeervolle guesthouse is van alle gemakken voorzien. Het ligt op loopafstand van het strand, is sfeervol ingericht, heeft een eigen ingang, is geschikt voor 2 personen (geen baby’s) en heeft een eigen terras aan het water. In de omgeving kunt u heerlijk wandelen, fietsen en (kite)surfen. Het guesthouse is voorzien van vloerverwarming dus ook in de winter kunt u hier heerlijk verblijven. Er is een privé parkeerplek en tevens is de locatie goed te bereiken met het openbaar vervoer.

Door de ideale ligging ben je binnen 2 minuten op het strand of in centrum met winkels, supermarkten en restaurants. Vakantiehuis 365 BEACHLIFE heeft: Een eigen voordeur, keuken, badkamer, slaapkamer onder het dak en een zitje buiten. Parkeren kan in de parkeergarage op de Boulevard op 150m afstand. Strandpaviljoen Paal 14 en Strandpaviljoen surf en beach zijn our favorite!

Modern zomerhuis in Katwijk aan Zee

Het prive zomerhuis is voorzien van een woonkamer met goed uitgeruste keuken voorzien van oven/magnetron, inductie kookplaat, waterkoker en nespresso koffie apparaat. Boven bevindt zich de slaapkamer met opgemaakt queen size bed en badkamer ensuite met handdoeken. Natuurlijk kunt u gebruik maken van de gratis Wi-Fi. Onze accomodatie ligt in katwijk aan Zee op een steenworp afstand van strand en de duinen. Ook het winkelcentrum, terrassen en restaurants zijn op 5 minuten loopafstand

Sonja's Sunny Studio (private parking)

Een heerlijk rustig appartement, vlakbij het strand, station en centrum. Het appartement heeft een balkon waar je perfect wakker kan worden met een kopje koffie of de dag kan afsluiten met een wijntje. Het strand is op 2 minuten loopafstand. Binnen is van alles aanwezig; keuken , inloopdouce ,wc koffie, thee, handdoeken beddengoed enz. Het station is 2 minuten lopen. Met de trein is het een korte rit naar en Amsterdam. ☆energielabel B Free parking!!

Tiny house @ sea, beach and dunes

Our cosy Tiny House is located about 400 meters from the beach. Dunes and forest at 1 km and the shopping street of Noordwijk aan Zee only 600 mtr. The accommodation was completely renovated in 2021. It is a perfect base to enjoy the nearby nature, by foot or bicycle, and it is also very centrally located for a city visit to Amsterdam, Leiden or The Hague. In the months of April and May, Noordwijk is the flourishing heart of the bulb region.

Summerhouse Katwijk, 500m from beach and centre

Luxurious and cozy summer house just 500 meters from the beach of Katwijk. Bathroom with rain shower, bedroom/living room with box spring. Kitchen with dishwasher and combination microwave. The guest house is fully equipped. The guesthouse (with private entrance) is next to our house. The summer house is a little, comfortable and clean place right near the beach, boulevard, restaurants and shops. There is a new kitchen with all new and necessary equipment. There is a combi oven/microwave, fridge, induction cooktop and a washing machine. The television has all the Dutch channels and some international channels. On the first floor there is a double bed (160cmx200cm), bathroom, toilet, a closet and airconditioning.

Huisje aan Zee

Dit Huisje aan Zee is in 2018 volledig nieuw gebouwd en voorzien van vloerverwarming en perfect geïsoleerd. U kunt hier dus in de zomer maar ook zeker in de winter heerlijk verblijven. Het heeft een eigen ingang en klein stukje plaats waar je buiten kunt zitten. Het huisje ligt pal achter de boulevard dus u zit om de hoek van het strand, de zee en de duinen! Naar het centrum van Katwijk is het 500 meter lopen.
