Te Koinga Cottage can comfortable host two couples or a family. Positioned on the edge of the world, it's location affords guests a mesmerizing view of the northern end of the beach, sublime sunsets and it's beautiful surrounds. One queen, two bunks and one double devan. Seperate Toilet, Bathroom has a shower and bath. Seperate Laundry room with line for hanging clothes on - washer/dryer. With an expansive deck that offers complete privacy, and an outdoor table with seating for ten, you can relax in the sun and enjoy the natural beauty of Bethells Beach with your family and friends. The fully appointed kitchen was designed with entertaining in mind and has views far across the Tasman sea. It's a pleasure to light the wood fire, put on some music and prepare a meal as the sun sets through the windows in front of you. Dining takes on an expansive feel when seated at the superb hand crafted dinning table that can effortlessly accommodate a 10 people. There's plenty of room to entertain and make a night of it or simply enjoy a romantic evening for two. In the evening the Scandinavian hot tub is the perfect place to soak and watch the sun go down before retiring to a comfortable bed and falling asleep to to the sounds of nature. Fresh flowers and a range of complimentary including soaps, shampoos,and shower gels are provided to all our guests. Laundry room. The cottage sits in the gardens of the owners farmhouse yet you are in complete privacy of all, on this working beef farm. Its location is central to many wedding venues & vineyards and only 45 minutes from Auckland's CBD, making this a perfect location for wedding accomodation or a country escape.

We would love to share our Island house with you if you are looking for a bit of adventure or solitude in a beautiful setting in the bush away from mainland NZ. The views over Schoolhouse Bay from our deck are breathtaking & the calls of the native birds are music to the ears. Our house is in a very private setting nestled in the bush but handy being only 5 mins walk up the hill from the main Schoolhouse Bay wharf. We are half an hours walk away from the Historic & beautiful Mansion House .
