Our (shrinking) family lives on the main floors and you will stay in the 1500 square foot daylight basement apartment with separate entrance. You will have complete privacy, but also the peace of mind knowing the owners are nearby.

From the front door you are roughly 30 minutes away from 6 major ski resorts, numberless mountain hikes, and 15 minutes from the bustle of downtown. Come and enjoy!

A full 1700 square feet to enjoy relaxing after a full day of adventure. 10 miles from Snowbasin, 16 miles to Powder mountain, and 13 miles from Nordic Valley Ski resort. 10 miles to Pineview reservoir. Ogden is only 15 miles away from Shopping and Dinning. Our apartment is cozy and has many unique amenities including steam shower, foosball table, shuffle board and theater room. Sleeps 6 people comfortably.

Located 20 minutes from Salt Lake City, 3 minutes from Lagoon, 3 minutes from Cherry Hill and within an hour of 9 ski resorts. Beautiful hiking trails behind the property and an outdoor mall less than 1 mile away with shopping, restaurants and a movie theater.

You won’t believe you’re in a basement apartment! This space is full of warmth and light. Recently renovated, with hardwood floors throughout and modern furnishings. Enjoy stunning views of the Wasatch Mountains from your backyard. FYI: Our family of 5 lives upstairs! Our 3 kids will be silent from 8 pm-7 am. I try my best to keep things quiet in the morning, but you may hear footsteps/ talking. Please let us know if the noise is too much!
