Huckleberry Cottage

Huckleberry cottage Ingleby is a quiet hamlet nestled in the south Derbyshire countryside. Ticknall is just 2miles away, with beautiful walks through National Trust Calke Abbey and Anchor Church caves which is just a stones throw away. The cottage is self contained, with new facilities and open plan living. The stone walls, oak beams and vaulted ceiling with 3 sky light windows create a light spacious feeling.On evenings to enjoy being cosy, there is a electric log burner while you relax.

There are many countryside walks from the front door and fantastic dog-friendly village pubs within walking distance.

Character Grade II listed Cottage

This charming, 1 bedroomed Grade II listed stone cottage was built around 1815 by the owner of the local mills to house his workers. Enjoying a quiet, elevated position with fabulous views overlooking the Derwent Valley, this characterful cottage with many original features is located within the Derwent Valley Mills World Heritage site and a local conservation area. Milford is an ideal base for walking and touring the Peak District and other local attractions.

Our Shepherds hut is located in a quiet rural location, on a small working family farm. The peaceful spot gives you the perfect opportunity to relax and unwind surrounded by wildlife and fields. The Hut is a compact but has all that you need and more, for your long weekend staycation or a whole week of taking in the surroundings and indulging at the nearby pubs, which are some of the best in the country!

Boothswood Barn in Holbrook

A few years ago, we converted our barn into a light and clean holiday home, ideal for families or a group of friends. Set in the village of Holbrook which has great access to both the city centres of Derby and Nottingham or the beautiful countryside within the Peak District national park. Holbrook also offers a local shop, and two real ale pubs, all within easy walking distance
