The Little House on Park Avenue

Our cottage is a quiet get-away. Sit on the front porch and enjoy the birds and a cup of coffee. Small kitchen provides everything you may need for your stay, including a local yummy treat. A desk in the bedroom gives you a place to work while others in your group utilize the spaces in the living room or dining room. You can leisurely stroll by the Ruritan Park to Studio 32 Gallery and Gift shop on weekends. In 10 minutes drive to Merchants Millpond State Park. Historic Edenton only30 minutes.

Relax in our "Nest" located less than 1 mile from historic, downtown Washington, NC and less than two hours from the Outer Banks. Use as a workspace or a base to explore the local waterfront, shops & restaurants while learning about Washington's place in the Revolutionary and Civil Wars including the Underground Railroad. Visit the NC Estuarium and enjoy the many water activities on the Tar-Pamlico River. Hike the trails in Goose Creek State Park just 10 miles away. Then come back and relax!

Private Cabin in Backyard of Historic Home

A small 1 1/2 story cabin located in the Edenton historic district less than a 2 block walk to Shopping and Restaurants on Broad Street. It is located in the back yard of our home among gardens and a quiet neighborhood. Its only a 4+ block walk to the Barker House, Cupola House, Waterfront Park, and other points of interest. This very charming Cabin has just been restored in Fall 2019 with all new floors, walls, HVAC, Bathroom, TVs up and Down, furniture, etc. Some limited cooking features.

West Customs Guest House

Sellers Guest House is a story and half, situated on the property of the West Customs House built in 1772. The guest house has a opened floor plan with kitchen and bathroom on the main floor and a bedroom upstairs. There is a delightful front porch that is perfect to relax on. The West Custom House Property is nestled on Blount Street in Edenton's Historic District just a block and a half from downtown making an easy access to restaurants, shops, historic sites, and the waterfront.

Cozy Coop Barn Apartment on Hobby Farm

Cozy and modern apartment inside a working hobby farm barn. Upstairs holds one bedroom with a queen bed. Loft area upstairs has a convertible futon with a TV/blue ray/dvd. Downstairs is a nearly full eat in kitchen (only missing a stove) and the spacious bathroom with stand up shower. A grill is also available on the large covered porch. Guests have access to large covered porch, playground and yard area. Farm chores done 2 times daily. Pets allowed with fee.

The Lodge at 804

Grocery stores and dining are within 2 blocks.The backyard has an enclosed 6 foot solid privacy fence with chairs/ fire pit for relaxation and enjoyment. The surrounding streets have minimal traffic and are suitable for leisure walks. This home is a must see! Private Studio near ECU Health

Private studio is part of a home divided into 3 separate units. Private entrance with parking right in front of the studio apartment. There is a 50 inch Roku TV. Room has a small kitchenette with a mini fridge, freezer, and microwave. Low step in shower. Great for long term stays. Same day bookings welcome until 8pm with lockbox self check in.

Smith’s Cottage

Newly 2-bedroom cozy cottage just 2 miles off of interstate 95. This little hidden gem is surrounded by farm/wood land; while sitting on the porch sipping coffee you just might see the deer grazing in the yard! Enjoy time by the firepit right out the back door an on a clear night or any night you can star glaze the night away!!

Lil Rustic creek house

Lots of room for fun. Fenced in backyard to creek for kayaking maybe a fish as well . Bring your one fur buddy . Small zipline too! 4 kayaks available as well . Close to town ( 1 mile) , 60 miles to outerbanks ! It's rustic but we keep it clean and affordable:) In quiet neighborhood. Fishermen favorite .
