Rokovan Helmi - Natural peace in Ruka-Kuusamo

Surrounded by clean and quiet nature, Rokovan Helmi is a perfect hideaway for a group of 2 to 4. The cabin is built in 2019 and is designed by a local company Kuusamo Log Houses. It's a perfect fit for people who love their own peace in a modern environment, yet want all the services to be close at the same time. The cabin is a 6 minute car ride from the nearest East Ruka ski lifts and a 12 minute car ride from Ruka village services. Ski, snowmobil and outdoor trails can be found right nearby.

A cosy cottage in a beautiful area only a 30min drive from the city centre. You can set up a bonfire by the stream, listen to the magic sounds of the nature and watch the sky. This is one of the best places in town to see the Aurora Borealis.Now they are at their best and you can see them just looking out of the window inside the cottage!The cottage is right next to the river Ounasjoki.The cottage is only a short distance from the city center but you will be just like different world.

Unique arctic park (with museum Arktikum) along the river is only 200 meters away. Our family lives on the other side of the garden so you can enjoy genuine Finnish lifestyle here. Charming cottage with all the amenities on a large plot. The distance to the center of Rovaniemi is only about 25 km. The distance to Santa Claus Village or the airport is also about 25 km. No public transport. The roads are well maintained even in winter. The cottage is easy to get to. If you wish, transportation can be arranged by Mercedes Benz Vito car for an additional fee. Kaikilla mukavuuksilla varustettu 75 m2 mökki ,jossa on kaksi makuuhuonetta, tupakeittiö, sauna, kylpyhuone, kuisti ja terassi. Mökin lähellä on (n. 700 m) uimaranta. Mahdollisuudet moottorikelkkailuun kalastukseen, marjastukseen ja metsästykseen sekä retkeilyyn. Noin 1,2km:n päässä on veneen laskupaikka.

Mökki hienolla paikalla Simojärven rannalla. Sopii kahden-kolmen hengen ryhmille. Hyvät kalastus, metsästys ja marja alueet vieressä. Rauhallinen sijainti. Sauna samassa rakennuksessa. Siisti biokäymälä. Aurinko sähköt, voi ladata puhelinta ja tietokonetta. Kaasuliesi. Ovi ja ikkunat uusittu tuvan puolelle sekä laitettu lisälämpöeristys sisäpuolelle. Voi majoittua myös talvella.
