La'al Yam is a delightful cosy cottage with wonderful views and full of charm. It is surrounded by gardens full of wildlife. A place for rest and relaxation, where you can completely unwind. It is the East wing of Hylands, decorated in sympathy with Arts and Crafts principles. Quality finishes and materials throughout, using local suppliers and crafts people. It is 12 minutes walk from Kendal's many independent shops and restaurants and 5 minutes walk to our local pub the 'Rifleman's Arms'.

The Lady of the Lake is a cosy cottage with stunning views across Lake Windermere to the fells. The cottage provides the perfect base to relax and explore the Lake District with all it has to offer, from Horse Riding to Hiking, Boat Trips, Cycling and many more activities. The cottage has a private parking space, EV charger, shared private jetty, and is ideally situated just one mile from Windermere train station and centre where you will find an array of shops, pubs, cafes and restaurants.
