A very quiet studio with a private entrance, located in a nice neighborhood at East Richmond Heights.; easy free way access, coffee shops, restaurants, grocery stores , and Parks are near by. A new shower, a new counter and sink just installed. Comfortable queen size memory foam mattress bed. About 15 minutes drive to UC Berkeley, Oakland. About 18 miles to downtown San Francisco. About 30 miles to Napa valley. A refrigerator, stove, Microwave oven, coffee machine , water boiler, are provided.

Just a few minutes from the Greek Theater, UC Berkeley, Downtown Berkeley and BART, Chez Panisse and award-winning restaurants, LBL, and plenty more, this spacious studio gets natural light over the course of the day. Facing our neighbor's yard, you may even get to see wildlife passing through. With a king-sized bed, fireplace heater, nice-sized bathroom, closet, sit/stand desk, Keurig, television, and its own entrance, you can be comfortable whether you are here for business or for pleasure!

Want to wake up to a view of Golden Gate Bridge and the San Francisco skyline? If yes, a serene, spacious suite awaits you - ideal for a family with two kids, a couple, friends or biz travelers. The 750 sqf guest suite is part of a house located in Berkeley Hills. It has a bedroom, living room, a kitchen, a bathroom and a multi-purpose room which can be a bedroom, a study or a dining room. 5 min drive to Cal. SF is a 40 min drive. Free street parking on Forest Ave across the house.

Sunny Studio near Transit

This lovely, newly built studio with private entrance has lots of natural light and is ideal for travelers, visitors and students. Located in a peaceful residential neighborhood, it's only a short 2-minute walk from El Cerrito Del Norte BART station, 3 stops from UC Berkeley and a direct 40min train ride to San Francisco. Five minute walk to restaurants, grocery stores and shopping. Amenities include your own kitchen, Wi Fi, private bathroom and free parking.

This cozy little bungalow is the perfect location for an individual hoping to work/play in Berkeley or explore the Bay Area. It is only a five-ten minute walk to BART, downtown Berkeley, UC Berkeley campus and the Gourmet Ghetto. You’ll love the location because it is nestled in a quiet neighborhood that is within walking distance of all of the amenities you'll need during your stay in Berkeley.

Private North Berkeley In-law unit

This completely private portion of our North Berkeley home is usually available only Fri, Sat, and Sun nights, except where otherwise indicated on the calendar. If you plan to leave on Monday, check out will need to be early (9:00am). We usually cannot be flexible on that as we use it for other purposes Mon-Fri most weeks. All are welcome at our peaceful garden studio. It is the back of our historic home, the oldest standing structure in Berkeley! We are close to BART with easy access to SF and UC Berkeley and two blocks from Berkeley’s famous Fourth Street shopping area with unique boutiques, great restaurants, and coffee houses. Entry is private and the garden is all yours to enjoy.

Our guest suite is a 5 minute walk to the train station (BART), major bus lines, a plethora of coffee shops, eateries, yoga, gym, and farmers market on Tuesdays. A 4 minute drive will get you to the freeways, groceries and many poplar neighborhoods.
