A unique stay in rural Michigan just 12 miles from downtown Grand Rapids Mi. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay, with a great views from the back deck. Super private too. The ground floor is a shop area and storage for my business which you must pass thru to enter the apartment. The main house is in front of the barn where we live. The property is 6 acres of fenced land , currently have chickens and two small horses a dog and a cat which you are free to interact with

Swan Cottage includes the exclusive & complimentary use of a 20' pontoon boat, 2 kayaks, 1 paddle boat & 70' dock w/platform from May through October, weather permitting. (All watercraft/docking equipment stored away the rest of the year).

This cozy, 320 square foot primitive A-Frame cabin provides year-round accommodation for up to four people, sleeping on a Full XL mattress in the loft and two XXL camping cots with mattresses. Rocking chairs face a tiny wood stove, stocked with wood from the property. The well-insulated cabin stays warm through the deepest of Michigan winters.
