Escape to the Kent countryside in this stylish, totally private apartment with your own courtyard garden plus a charming vintage summerhouse - perfect for relaxing weekend breaks just 1 hour from London. Ideal for couples looking for a peaceful countryside escape, offering rural views, countryside walks nearby and a local pub within a 12 min stroll. With self check in, parking and your own private entrance, it’s an easy base to unwind and explore Kent’s villages, vineyards and historic houses.

The Orangery, Organic Vineyard stay with pool.

The Orangery is a studio space situated at Coes Farm an organic vineyard and orchard making natural wines and ciders and offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room. We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.

The Honey Barn

Relax and enjoy countryside walks, where you can spot the local farm animals, sheep and lambs in the spring, and the gentle trot of horses along the lane from the nearby stables. Although the honey barn is set in the countryside, you are never far away from local stores and the local pub is a 10-15 minute walk.

Breathtaking lakeside lodge within 10 minute walk to the centre of Tenterden with vibrant cafes/bars and restaurants. Close to Rye, Camber Sands, Hastings, Chapel Down and National Trust Properties. Tastefully decorated 3 bedroom accommodation with modern kitchen, dining, chilling and lounge area with stunning views across open countryside in an AONB, which can be truly appreciated from large deck area with outside dining. You certainly won’t forget your time in this intimate Garden Room sunken into the grounds of our garden with stunning views of our paddock/ old orchard and surrounding countryside of the beautiful village of Hernhill. We have great sunsets in this area which you can watch from the Garden room.

Oak Lodge @ The Oaks Retreat

This memorable place is anything but ordinary. It is The Oaks Retreat, WINNER of the Paris Design awards 2024 'best hospitality interior', an architecturally inspired bespoke woodland Airbnb located in the seaside town of Whitstable. A beautiful 2 bedroom cottage in the most wonderful location - steps away from the beach and a few minutes walk to the centre of Whitstable. This fisherman’s cottage dates back to 1810, is full of period charm, and sympathetically decorated with antique, comfortable furniture. The cottage has a mature garden with side access, and is set down several steps meaning it feels nice and private. The cottage has steep stairs and some low ceilings.
