The Garden Room at Warren House

The Garden Room at Warren House is a beautiful bijou studio suite with stunning views of Littondale deep in the Yorkshire Dales with lots of walks right on the doorstep. Small but perfectly formed we try to provide everything you need for a relaxing break in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales. Private parking at the front with an electric point to the side of the house suitable for EV charging (please bring a cable) large secure dog friendly garden to the rear with patio area & picnic table.

The Old Workshop - Grassington

This accessible two bedroom accommodation is in Grassington in the Yorkshire Dales. There are two ensuite bedrooms, one with full accessibility. The whole place is on one level. Both bedrooms have zip and link king size beds, which can be split into single beds on request. The bedrooms have ensuite facilities, one is accessible This new build has underfloor heating and is warm & cosy. There's a large patio and a garden to enjoy during your stay. The entire place is yours and is self-catering

Redmire Barn - 1711 Dales barn (Near Grassington)

Redmire Barn is a recently converted traditional Dales Barn. The property has been appointed to a high standard and incorporates many original features. This stylish barn contains a large, cosy living area including a multifuel stove, a smart TV and even an antique bar-billiards table. The property benefits from a sun terrace as well as access to a large South facing riverside garden with fire pit & hammock. Hawkswick lies within the unspoilt picturesque Littondale valley in Upper Wharfedale.

The Hayloft - Luxury Bolthole

Independence in your own place - Hayloft is hidden away at the end of our 17th century farmhouse and is a special place to stay. Step inside to find the kitchen with heated stone floors and beams overhead. In the living room there's space to eat, full bookshelves and a wood burner for cosy winter evenings. Upstairs is a galleried bedroom with a large 5 foot king bed and a bathroom with deep free-standing bath and large walk-in shower. A retreat from it all in your own Yorkshire bolthole.

Lucy Barn

Lucy Barn is a recently converted barn in center of the village. It is a "quirky" building finished in a unique style that combines well appointed accommodation with an industrial style. It is extremely convenient for the restaurants cafes and pubs and the large windows overlook the village square - ideal for people watching. It is super insulated with more than adequate heating. There is also a log burner for that "cosy evening feel". Ideal for a walking or cycling stay or a place to chill.

Foxup House Barn

Foxup House Barn is a converted one bedroom farm building, totally self-contained to the side of our house. It has it's own entrance with private parking space for one vehicle and private walled and fenced garden. It is situated at the end of a no-through road, totally surrounded by hills with stunning views from every window. Newly converted in 2023 we have put much thought and love into the project, aiming to create a warm, comfortable and stylish space, finished to a high standard.

Luxury By The Brook

Sally’s Nook is a beautiful bolthole by the brook in the village of Hebden in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales. The cottage is newly renovated to a very high standard and perfect if you want to treat yourself to a luxurious few days or week in the Dales . There is a well equipped handmade kitchen , a log burner, exposed beams ,kingsize bed , freestanding bath , parking , smart TVs , WiFi and outside space by the brook . Idyllic location with walks and cycling on the doorstep .

A warm and cosy holiday home, backing onto the beck in the picturesque village of Kettlewell, with views across the heart of the Yorkshire Dales. Fellside sleeps 8 in 3 bedrooms + mezzanine with 2 bathrooms, perfect for families or small groups. At Fellside you'll be in waking distance of the village's 3 pubs, playground, village store, deli and coffee shop. Or a short drive to lots of fantastic Yorkshire Dales attractions. Fellside is professionally cleaned between stays.

The End Place - A romantic hideaway for two

The End Place is a self-contained cottage adjoining Moorhouse Cottage. Downstairs is open plan, comprising a fully equipped kitchen and a living area with wood burning stove. A glass wall ensures uninterrupted views across Nidderdale Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, as well as starry-night skyscapes. Upstairs opens out into a magical, fairy-lit, vaulted bedroom with a king size brass bed adorned with crisp linen and includes en suite with shower.

If you need a peaceful totally independent retreat look no further. The Loft has a modern, fresh living room and double bedroom with ensuite bathroom in a former barn loft. There are extensive views with windows to north, south, east and west and a pleasant outdoor area with seating and car parking. It is adjacent to the owners home overlooking Malhamdale with delightful walks from the door. Local pub 1 mile and farm shop 2 miles.

Self-contained annex in a Nidderdale Farmhouse

Low Waite Farm is a 18th century farmhouse with a self-contained annex which sleeps up to 4 people. The accommodation is located in the heart of Nidderdale AONB within 2 miles of Pateley Bridge. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The farmhouse has been recently renovated with underfloor heating throughout. Located directly on the Nidderdale Way it is a perfect location for cyclists and walkers.
