Jocelyn Street Beach House

With beautiful views North along Dalmeny beach and South-East out to Montague Island, this renovated home is the perfect place to bring the family or friends to get away from the busy work schedules and relax. A short walk or ride along the Dalmeny/Narooma bike-path (which passes along the back fence) brings you to the shops and beaches. A perfect base for riding the Narooma MTB trails, space for the boat for keen fishers and featuring a native garden to immerse yourself in and watch the birds.

Perfectly positioned, this home is situated on the northern side of Narooma, a short 200m stroll to beautiful Kianga beach and the scenic coastal walking and cycle path joining Narooma to Dalmeny. There is a level carport and undercover lower verandah.For cycling enthusiasts there is access to water for bicycle maintenance.
